How to Join us..........

Club Membership – Application Procedure

The Prospective applicant should acquire the membership application form(s) at the Public Service Club offices. The Applicant should then apply and submits the membership application form.The filled form should be returned with two (2) Passport photos, a Photocopy of their National identification card and a cheque payable to – Public Service Club

The form with an attached photo of the applicant then goes on the Official Notice board for one (1) week.

After the One Week the applicant is then contacted to appear before the balloting committee. Balloting and approval of membership clears the applicant to start using the club facility and services.

Renewal Requirements

Settle all outstanding subscriptions and issue renewal payment in favor of the Public Service Club .

Duly filled membership application & requisite supporting documents.
